UPDATE: Video May Clear Obama In ‘Backside’ Stare Flap … But Not Sarkozy

U.S. President Barack Obama and France’s President Nicolas Sarkozy were caught admiring Brazilian junior G8 delegate Mayora Tavares’ ‘backside’ when the two leaders were taking their places for a family photo-op with junior G8 delegates at the G8 summit in L’Aquila, Italy.
Below is a picture of the very young looking Miss Tavares facing in the direction of the camera after she took her place next to the leader of her country, Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
New video seems to clear President Obama in ‘backside’ stare scandal … but not President Sarkozy.

I saw a VIDEO of this scene on FoxNews this morning, which I cannot seem to locate online. Clearly in the video Obama is looking down at the step and out his peripheral vision at the woman in the black top and flowered skirt behind him. In the video he is getting ready to extend his hand to the woman behind him to help her down the steps.
All evidence to the contrary, the president is NOT checking out the young girl to his right. Shame on the media and Drudge Report.

First of all, there’s nothing wrong with looking. He’s a man.
Second, the video shows he wasn’t even looking, or makes it unclear whether he was. He was trying to make sure the other girl didn’t lose her balance as he escorted her down the steps.
Sarkozy on the other hand, was checking out the girl’s rump. And so what? He’s a man, too.

Obama and Sarkozy knew , like everybody else at G-8 ,that the Brazilian president was having a good time with Tavares . When Tavares approached , Sarkozy reminded Obama of the Brazilian presidents good luck , and the stare was natural response by Obama , while trying to be as discreet as possible. If you watch closely , Sarkozy isn’t actually leering , but having shared a juicy story with Obama , is having fun.
