Mukasey: Moran Should Get ‘Professional Help’ from Nidal Hasan for Saying It’s ‘Un-American’ to Oppose NYC 9/11 Trial
By PoliJAM | November 17, 2009
Responding to the accusation made by Rep. Jim Moran (D-Virginia) that those who oppose bringing Khalid Sheik Mohammed to trial in New York City are “un-American,” former U.S. Attorney General Mike Mukasey advised the Virginia congressman to seek “professional help, perhaps from Maj. Nidal” – the Fort Hood terrorist Army psychiatrist.
Q: Congressman Jim Moran of Virginia says anybody that questions KSM coming to New York City for a civilian trial — that they’re un-American. What is your reaction to that?
MUKASEY: I think he’s lost touch with reality. He ought to get professional help, perhaps from Maj. Nidal.
