Playing a game of devil’s advocate with retired Lt. Col. Ralph Peters, who was “offended” that President Obama called the Fort Hood terrorist act “hard to comprehend,” Bill O’Reilly says:

“We can’t kill all the Muslims. So we want to win as many hearts and minds of good moderate Muslims as we can.”
